Lead – Process Engineering21+ years of experience
Lead – Process Engineering at WEEN Techsol, with 21+ years in process and water treatment engineering – from WTP, ETP and STP to RO, DM, recycling and ZLD systems.
Sadik leads the Process Engineering function at WEEN Techsol, bringing more than 21 years of deep experience in process and water treatment engineering. He holds a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Management.
He has held key roles at renowned companies including Praj Industries, Pennar, Thermax Limited and Lars Enviro. Notably, he served as a Plant In-Charge in Abu Dhabi, overseeing water and wastewater systems.
His expertise in designing, engineering and commissioning wastewater systems – particularly anaerobic treatment – sets him apart. He has worked on major industrial and municipal water projects, including desalination plants of up to 10 MLD and recycling systems of up to 7.6 MLD.
